Once we have received your complaint, we will let you know within five working days what we are doing about it and how long it will take. We will also give you the name and contact details of the person managing your complaint. If we are not able to sort out the complaint straight away, we will keep you informed of the progress and any decisions that are made will be explained to you. We will keep information confidential as far as possible and will only discuss the complaint with people who need to know about it.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you can contact us and ask for an internal review of the management or resolution of your complaint. If you are still dissatisfied and we are unable to meet your expectations, we encourage you to discuss your complaint with one of the organisations listed below:
