Vedrana is a Clinical psychologist who has been working with children and their families in both the government and non-government sector over the last 7 years. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists of the Australian Psychological Society.
Vedrana has experience assessing and treating a range of emotional, social and behavioural difficulties in children. She has particular interest and expertise in family based interventions for children who have experienced trauma and abuse and are having difficulties with emotional regulation and attachment disorders.
Vedrana also has experience in conducting a range of psycho-educational assessments of children designed to assess and diagnose global developmental delay, intellectual disability and learning disorders. She has worked with schools to assist in developing comprehensive positive behaviour support plans for children with learning difficulties and children who have experienced trauma.
Vedrana draws on a number of therapeutic approaches in the work with children and families, and in particular on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Based and Trauma Informed Therapies.
